Superfood Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients:

  • 1 Cup crushed Ancient Roots mixed cookies
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1/2 cup frozen mixed berries
  • 1/2 cup almond milk or any milk of your choice
  • Toppings: sliced fresh fruits, shredded coconut, chia seeds, and granola


Instructions:

  1. In a blender, combine the mixed cookies, frozen banana, frozen mixed berries, and almond milk.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy, adding more liquid if necessary.
  3. Pour the smoothie into a bowl and add your favourite toppings before serving.
